We had a special experience implementing the Odoo system at our partners at the R.Eyel Systems factory, which manufactures ventilation and filtration systems for the protected spaces in the Alon Tavor industrial zone.
Dan Rabin and his son Uri run the factory in a wonderful family formation. Together with Roy Sage - the talented project manager from Layline Tech, and with the support of the Layline TechAdvanced Manufacturing Institute | המכון לייצור מתקדם, we carried out a digital transformation in another factory in Israel.
The system went live through a classic Agile process, in stages and according to the best tradition and methodology of Odoo (one app at a time).
After a thorough gap analysis, we launched the CRM and orders module, then the main phase of inventory management, purchasing, production, and customer deliveries was carried out, and at the beginning of the year we also converted the accounting system to Odoo with our Israeli localization.
